This quinoa stir-fry makes an impressive date-night dish or the perfect post-workout snack. In fact, it’s even tasty enough for a Sunday morning hangover; just don’t forget the Advil. Not only is this stir-fry as flavorful as it is colorful, but it’s actually super healthy. Sure, there are many good reasons to get in the kitchen and start cookin’, but what’s really the best part about this recipe? The leftovers will keep you fed all week long.
