Kansas Home Sales Fell in November Total home sales in the state of Kansas fell last month to 3,053 units, compared to 3,286 units in November 2012. Total sales volume was $516.1 million, up from a year earlier.

Median

Kansas Active Listings Up at End of November The total number of active listings in the state of Kansas at the end of November was 17,121 units, up from 14,542 at the same point in 2012. This represents a 5.8 months' supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of November was $134,950. During November, a total of 2,517 contracts were written down from 2,856 in November 2012. At the end of the month, there were 3,427 contracts pending, compared to 2,508 at the end of November 2012.
