Different types of supplements
Hello, my name is Josh and I am experienced lifter for 5 years now. I have achieved decent results in strength and body composition as well since I participated in numerous fitness competitions. From all these years I have learned many things that I would like to share with you. Starting with proper dieting, efficient workout programs and finally I learned a lot about supplements because they are huge part of fitness and bodybuilding world. Once we have made sure that our diet is flawless and by that I mean if our goal is strength or muscle mass, we have to make sure that we are having calorie surplus with proper macro nutrition scheme, be sure that your protein intake is high enough – at least 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight and somewhere around 0.5 – 0.8 grams of good fats per pound of body weight, we fill out the rest of calories with good carb sources as brown rice, rye bread, whole grain pasta etc. When we are sure that the diet is good we can move on to supplementation. As first supplements I am going to mention those which I believe are foundation or base for anyone. Those are whey proteins, creatine, multi vitamins and fish oil. Those are unreplaceable and are actually recommended for anyone who is involved in sports and tries to stay healthy. When our foundation is solid we can add some addition supplements like pre-workout drinks, I recommend Jack3D and Craze if you can tolerate stimulants, they will make you extra focused and ready for the gym, also they will provide you with more energy and nice muscle pump. From time to time for that extra strength and lean body mass it is exciting to explore prohormones and designer steroids. They can yield huge gains and will leave you satisfied. In short cycle of 6 weeks you can bump up your personal records tremendously and you will notice huge increase in your strength. Sure before trying one of the prohormones, make sure you have done your research about proper support supplements and Post Cycle Therapy because you don’t want to mess something up. Once that is done, be prepared to uncover unseen results in your life of fitness.
