KEY OBSERVATIONS The interviews surfaced some really interesting anecdotes and pain points which we did not expect going in to the study. They revealed aspects of the freelance which are often overlooked in most of the reporting done by consultancies/government agencies. The needs and motivations underlying these observations often resurfaced in different contexts among the users we interviewed. - “Freelance work pays for college.
