Massage therapy is received regularly by millions of people around the world. Some people need it for a variety of medical reasons, and others simply because it makes them feel great. It doesn’t matter what the reasons are, massage therapy is about increasing physical comfort and easing the pain in others. Although the art of massage has been around for thousands of years, it has recently become common to find licensed massage therapists working in the medical field alongside chiropractic physicians and receiving referrals from medical doctors. It is true that the ancient art of massage therapy has been rediscovered by our modern world! Florida has been at the forefront of the massage revolution and thus many people throughout the country seek out Florida schools for their massage therapy training.
