Gus Ruelas, Manager Gus Ruelas began his successful real estate career over fifteen years ago at RE/ Max in San Marino. When Prudential John Aaroe and Associates opened its Pasadena location in 2000, he joined the firm. He quickly became one of its top producers, specializing in a full spectrum of properties from first homes to luxury estates. He also served as assistant manager and company mentor for a number of years. As Gus helped train and develop new licensees, his skill at guiding successful careers emerged. Sarah Rogers Sarah began her career in commercial real estate in 1994 and moved to residential properties in 2001, working with a major independent broker specializing in estates. She later joined a mega-firm; ten years later, she began thinking about a change. Sarah who holds an MBA in marketing and finance, spent a year interviewing and researching companies. In the end, she chose John Aaroe Group. “Hearing such positive things about John meant something to me,” she says. “When you’re working at a small firm, you’re aligned with someone’s singular vision. Kevin Bourland A resident of South Pasadena for two decades, Kevin came to real estate from a career as an actor and director.
