I have this morning made a formal complaint to the Scottish Charity Commissioners in respect to the actions of 'senior officers, past and present, of the RSE'. This follows on from fruitless attempts to have Police Scotland, then the Chief Constable and Lord Advocate oversee a fraud investigation at the RSE To put the whole matter in context: Galileo Galilei, trained as a physician, yet despite the ongoing attrition from the bubonic plage which was ravaging his society, the boundaries of medical science were constricted by the doctrines of both the Vatican and astrologers. No useful progress could be made whilst these franchises dominated the boundaries of known medicine. To maintain their stature and relevance, they censored and admonished all that undermined their authority.

They took their legal and moral position from supposition posing as fact, from popular sound-bites such as 'the lord giveth and taketh away' (not germ theory), 'the earth is set in the heavens (not it rotates the sun) and 'three wise men followed a star'.

We are again confronted with similar franchises who protect their prominence and authority with unfounded sound bites. The flow of information into the public realm is censored, whilst fear and threat are used to corral the population into compliance with their doctrine – censorship which senior officers at the RSE tried to dignify by stating the NiCE research went against their strategic policies. A stance not just guaranteeing that our current climate woes will continue unabated, but that potentially more important research is shelved. Concurrently they apparently absolve themselves of any responsibility or

liability for their actions.

Although individuals and institutions can have a choice of which research avenues they wish to follow, that choice does not apply to the RSE, whose Royal Charter stipulates the prominence of 'useful knowledge'. A motion which is to be decided by an ad hoc group of worthies from various fields. Not a “directors’ group”, nor should any response be delayed for three months. Nor should an earnest researcher bringing Nobel Prize criteria knowledge to the RSE, be met by threats and intimidation by its finance director, Rob Conner (who appeared to make good use of the weights in his local gym). Further damning the directors’ group being the provision of a severance package and NDA to the outgoing director, which much of the Scottish and global population might better phrase as 'hush money'. Concurrently, the Scottish and global population is subjected to 'the use or threat ....... , both in and outside of the UK, designed to influence any international government organisation or to intimidate the public. It must also be for the purpose of advancing a political........... or ideological cause' (UK Terrorism Act 2006).

The aforesaid abuse of position as well as the misuse of taxpayers, fellows and sponsors RSE funds to buy or bribe the silence of an outgoing director, relates to the censorship of the NiCE Research: The growth of the Sahara Desert now and in the past century was due to the anthropogenic degradation of the relevant weather system (African Easterly Waves). The reduced frequency of these metrological waves ensured a corresponding reduction in the USA sized marine stratocumulus cloudscapes which pre 1900 had protected the equatorial oceans from absorbing additional solar energy (heat). Degradation of said large scale weather system altering many other systems (climate change). Said additional ocean heat, caused by the removal of these solar protective clouds, affecting hurricane development (extreme events), then circulated by the normal ocean currents to reduce the polar ice mass. Additional heat from the oceans dissipated into the atmosphere making the air warmer. Collectively known as climate change and global warming.

These are simple basic facts supported by published data and observation of known meteorological and oceanic conditions. Yet third rate administrators at the RSE feel that Scotland, which produced the engine that powered the industrial revolution, the antibiotic penicillin which is why we rarely have to bury our children, economics, law, chemistry, and engineering, is now in the position of perpetuating one of the biggest scams and acts of global terrorism in history.
