Interview Questions, Answers and Tips!

I have a notice period with my current employer… If you have a long notice period (over 2 weeks) then you should bring this up; however, be careful that you don’t make it sound that it will be along wait – a job interview is your place to sell your skills; ALWAYS BE POSITIVE. How will my performance be measured? Always good to know what your manager is judging you on. Is there any travel or shift timing involved? If you have a preference state it; make sure to clearly state if you are flexible with options.

Are there any learning and skill enhancing programs offered by the company for me to grow in my role and take on more responsibility? This shows that you want to stay long term and become part of a growing family of employees. Most employers like to know that they are hiring someone who sees a future and not someone who is looking for a stop-gap arrangement.
