Inbetween Zone Development There are two phases for the development of this region. At the first phase, funding goes into the intersections. This region will be lightly changed into a meadow park for serving the intersecitions and communities. The second phase, “art villages” will gradually take place in the meadow park. But still keep some open space for some reasons. The “buffer forrest” will provide good environment for the buildings. The artistic gardens will be the place artists play and communicate together.
