Welcome to 54 St James Street 54 St James Street is a stunning and unique new building conveniently located between the pioneering Baltic Triangle and Liverpool’s China Town and minutes’ walk from Liverpool One and Bold Street. Completed in January 2011, the centre is designed to provide a light, modern, welcoming and distinctive addition to city life. This fully accessible and flexible venue is a perfect location to host business meetings, conferences or private events. A range of individually styled rooms appropriate for gatherings of 2 to 150 people are available for hire from as little as £10 an hour. Offering a prestigious L1 address to women led businesses and social enterprises, this high quality, multi-use building offers individual rooms to accommodate businesses of one to twelve people with prices starting at £165 per calendar month and £15 for virtual office services.

Conference and Meeting Centre Our private garden provides relaxing external space within the venue, and the two fourth floor terraces provide chilled-out, music enhanced, reception spaces with excellent views of the City. With friendly reception staff, complimentary wireless access throughout the building and a range of audio visual facilities including integrated data projectors, blu-ray players and smart boards; plasma screens for projection or TV; and video conferencing facilities this building meets the needs of people who require a highly professional service in a contemporary setting.

Roddick Rooms The Roddick Rooms are very versatile; located on the fourth floor of the building and have easy access to external terraces. A sophisticated venue with fabulous views of the River Mersey and Liverpool City, these rooms can be used as one or divided into two or three separate areas. Fully equipped with integrated audio-visual equipment these are elegant training, networking or social spaces.

Prices start at £56 for half a day or an evening for use of one Roddick room, £99 for two or £188 to use the full conference suite. A full day rate starts at just £90 for one, £158 for two rooms or £300 for the full suite.


Fawcett Room A light, airy semi-circular room on our second floor the Fawcett is appropriate for networking and training events, can accommodate 36 cabaret style and 40 theatre style, or can be left as an open space for free circulation for slightly larger groups. The Fawcett room (below left) is available from £99 for half a day or evening session, or £158 for a full day.

Bebbington Lounge The Bebbington Lounge (pictured above right) is a relaxed yet vibrant space ideal for more informal meetings or interviews. Also works in conjunction with the Simey Suite as a reception and breakout space for development days. This comfortable room is available from just £55 for half a day or evening meeting, and £88 for a full day.


Keller; Parks and Simey Suites The Suites are located on the first, second and third floor of the building, each is styled differently, but all have the same facilities of plasma screen; TV; integrated audio visual and IT. The Suites provide smart environments ideal for hosting client presentations, board meetings and staff development sessions. Available from just £15 per hour! Full or half day rates are also available.

Suu Kyi; Butler; Rathbone; Curie and Amos Rooms These smaller meeting rooms are stylishly and comfortably designed to facilitate meetings of between 2 and 6 people. From just £10 per hour these rooms will add city centre sophistication to your meeting. Best Base for Your Business Design Contemporary offices are available on the first, second and third floor of the building. Of various sizes and shapes each have interesting views of the City and are accessed through wide and airy central corridors. On each floor teapoints are located in the atrium to encourage breaks from the office and opportunities to meet other business people. All rooms have natural ventilation as well as locally controlled heating and cooling systems. Sustainability is integral to the building design and in line with BREEAM Excellent standards. On street parking is available for visitors, we have limited car parking spaces which can be reserved in advance for disabled visitors. A bicycle store and shower facilities are available for cyclists using the building. Refreshments are available through our in-house team, catering is currently offered through local women led small businesses or social enterprise providers.


Business Services Our aim is that our Business Services will contribute to tenants’ business success. A friendly reception team offer a professional welcome to tenants and their visitors. Post, photocopying, additional administrative support and telephone answering services are all also available. We offer a first level of generalist ICT and telephony support through our Administration Team. For more advanced requests for support we work with our service delivery partners to meet specific tenant needs.

Telephony All rooms are designed with flexible integrated telecommunication options, including personal direct dial and extension numbers with caller ID, voice mail to e-mail facility; conference calling; call recording; hot desk; hunt group and mobile twinning facilities as well as bespoke services to meet individual business needs. Alternatively rooms have the capacity for tenants to bring in their own lines if more appropriate for their business model. Tenants in the building also have access to a tenants’ wireless internet network.


A Virtual Business Solution at 54 Virtual Office Not every business requires, or is ready to take on, a permanent office space yet most do require a base from which to project a professional image and where client meetings and events can be held; post is managed and phonecalls forwarded or answered. The virtual office options from just ツ」15 per month allow complete flexibility for the business woman to choose from a range of services to meet her needs including access to the private Wilkinson Business Suite.

Wilkinson Business Suite The Wilkinson Business Suite provides an office away from home in a shared facility. This contemporary designed semi窶田ircular room is equiped to meet your office needs including printing and copying facilities; desk-top computers; lap top hub; locker units. The layout includes space for meetings and chill out areas. Cooled, filtered water and tea and coffee making facilities are complimentary for platinum members. Our platinum package which offers access to the suite and our full range of virtual office services is just ツ」99 per month including VAT.
