 Leaching Test - Leaching test is done in regard to stability of our earth enhancement compound. As per Leaching test of (IEC 62561-7) IEC 63561-7, the compound must be enough inert with the soil that it does not leach out with time.  Sulfur Test - Sulfur test is done, to summarize the presence of sulfur in the compound. If more significant is the amount of sulfur, more badly it will corrode the earthing rod/electrode buried in the ground.  Determination of Resistivity - IEC 63561 (IEC 62561-7) does not write heavy requirement for this test but low soil resistivity is the main point of concern during the installation of an earthing system.


Leading The Nation Towards Electrical Safety - Manufacturers used to follow resistivity test mentioned by ASTM G57, that is respective of the arrangement compiled with four stainless steel ground electrodes and the conductive material for the resistivity test. But now, we have soil resistivity meter for the same purpose.

ďƒ˜ Corrosion test - If we move back to chemistry classes, we are aware of pH values of a compound. The material with less value is not that acidic but can harshly corrode our conductor. Alkaline materials are also not that good towards the earthing conductor. Any undesired electrochemical reaction can completely corrode the grounding conductor. ďƒ˜ Marking and Indications - The compound should be marked with all the indications and NABL accredited to stamp the assurance of the stamp the assurance of the remarkable quality.
