Wet and Wild in the Wild West

Welcome to our Annual Swimsuit Issue

Iwant to thank all of you for the great birthday wishes last month. When I moved here from Michigan in 1998, I didn’t know a soul. Now, it makes my heart grow to know that so many great people I’ve meet since then are in my life. The icing on the cake was the VIP ION suite party at the Arizona Diamondback game pictured above.

JUST JACK

One of the reasons I moved here was to enjoy swimsuit season almost all year long. While I was that guy wearing long Abercrombie & Fitch board shorts back then I always aspired to wear short shorts and, of course, my favorite Speedo style briefs and everything in between in public. Since then, swimsuit fashion has exploded with fun colors, sexy materials and revealing designs. As a kid, I couldn’t wait for the Sports Illustrated and Exercise magazines to come out with their annual swimsuit issues. Who would have thought that one day I would own a magazine with our own swimsuit issue? This time, we get to do it right with some hot local men showing off their assets. Check it out on page 24.

Where better to show off your new swimsuits than all of the great house pool parties, Bartlett Beach Bash and at this year’s Splash Bash Weekend June 13-15 at the Monarch Hotel in Scottsdale. Check out the weekend festivities schedule on page 36. Make sure you show off your new suits at all the amazing events throughout the state.

I have to go to my swim suit drawer to see which ones fit after a long winter. Get out and enjoy the Arizona weather before the furnace is turned on. We’ll see you OUT and about!

ION AGRA GAY RODEO AWARDS

ION: How are you, Parker?

PW: A little bit stressed because I’m trying to meet my deadlines for BateWorld.com for the BateOff, but I’m hanging in there and I’m excited!

ION: You’re one of six that were chosen out of 36 hopefuls with a handful. What made you decide to take matters into your own hands?

PW: My biggest reason was to dive deeper into BateWorld. This is the first year that they did it on an audition basis with video submissions, and everything was pushing me in that direction saying, “Do it!” BateWorld has been very supportive and they’re really awesome people.

ION: You won a Pornhub award for your talent.

PW: I did! It’s displayed proudly up in my room. I had no expectation of winning. When I found out that I was nominated for the award I thought it was like a joke. I thought the website was just fucking with me because I was, like, “I’m up against all these big names and they have big accounts and millions of viewers! I thought there was no way that I would actually win. The day of that they announced the winner I was, like, “That’s my name!” It’s a huge accomplishment and I’m very grateful. I was the only person in that category that had never blown somebody else – except myself.

ION: Parker, what are you wearing right now?

PW: I’m currently sprawled out on my bed wearing my black Bator Briefs by Bator Balm, an official sponsor of the BateOff 2025. The undies have a large fly that provides easy access to what I’ll be doing later. (laughs)

ION: Well, you’re wearing just one thing more than I was hoping for, but that’s terrific! Parker, how did you discover your talent for auto-fellatio?

PW: That’s one of my favorite questions; the assumption that it was a “discovery.” It was not. Oddly enough, I had this sex dream and at one point I’m looking at somebody else doing it, and then the next I’m watching myself in the same act. Dreams just kind of naturally move in the way that they do and don’t make sense. I really wanted to be able to do it. I guess I’ve always had a huge kink for it. I started stretching when I got into dance and aerial arts. I know so much more about stretching technique from ballet and stuff where I learned that I was pushing way too hard. It wasn’t so much of a discovery, but a desire. I was just very motivated.

Most men can achieve doing it when they have the right foundation for it. If they know how to stretch and doing it safely, it’s a lot more attainable than they realize. It’s not so much of a natural talent. It’s not like, “I just bent over one day and did it.”

ION: You even created a “how-to” tutorial.

PW: I think that’s actually what led to my Pornhub award because that video on Pornhub is my most viewed.

ION: You claim that you give yourself the best blowjob ever. That sets the bar pretty high for any future lovers.

PW: It certainly does, but I don’t think that it’s necessarily something to be intimidated about. I feel like it compares in the same way that a hand job does; nobody else gives you a hand job the same way that you give yourself a hand job. You’ve been doing it for years and you don’t think about it. It’s sort of on autopilot. You don’t have to tell yourself what to do, you just do it.

When you reach a certain level of flexibility where you’re not so focused on the strain or the stretch or the awkward contortion. Over time your body adjusts to it and it becomes so much more comfortable and you’re not focused on the strain. When you get to that level of flexibility it’s a lot easier to focus on what you’re doing rather than on the actual blow job. I don’t think about it. I just do what feels best. I’ve learned a lot about what I like in head from being able to do things to myself, which is kind of funny. There’s also times where you want that connection with somebody else and to feel them doing the work for you.

ION: There’s a whole mental and emotional things that they like what they’re doing, how you like it, how they like it, and all that.

PW: Exactly. There’s a huge, a very big emotional and mental thing there. I’d say the same thing about auto-fellatio. I’ll just use my own mouth because I’m always here – but it’s still nice to be able to be with somebody else and have that moment to share.

ION: How does it feel being the object of desire for so many men who follow you on X and other platforms?

PW: I don’t know exactly how to answer that. First of all, I’d say it’s very flattering. It’s very difficult to build a platform, especially nowadays on social media websites like X because there’s so much active suppression of NSFW creators. It’s very difficult to build and get that exposure to promote my Fans pages. It’s very heartwarming and humbling to have that support. There’s over 220,000 people that follow me on X! That’s more than the entire city that I live in!

ION: Is it difficult being “Parker Woods” and meeting people on a personal level? I mean, I’m sure you don’t go around in real life saying, “Hi! Guess what I can do?”

PW: I don’t really deal with anything crazy. I sometimes worry going out that somebody’s going to recognize me and say something. I wouldn’t care if they said it to me straight, like, “I follow you! I love your self-sucking!” That’s a huge compliment. But if I’m out with family, that’s when it worries me. It brings some relief that my family knows that I’m an adult content creator. Obviously they don’t know all my talents that come with it, but I’m not necessarily hiding anything from them. They don’t need to know everything that I do.

Content creation is an outlet for me; I’m not chasing fame, looking attention or looking for any kind of validation besides just having a space to express my sexuality and to show off. My sexuality is a major part of who I am, and I’m proud to play a part in helping end the stigma around sex work.

ION: Which BateWorld ’Bate-off challenge are you looking forward to the most?

PW: They’ve been a challenge because I have to squeeze everything into five minutes each. I put extended versions on my Fans sites, of course. I’d say the hands-free one seems like an obvious answer given what I can do and pretty much what’s expected of me. I really liked my post-workout video because I had started to play with other aspects of my flexibility, like my splits.

The “Mirror ’Bate” which is getting verbal with yourself in a mirror. I got my shot set up to where it shows both me and the mirror. There’s a whole dialogue. It’s like I’m two people. Almost like a split screen, but done where it looks like I’m in the mirror talking to myself. It probably comes down between that one and the post-workout. It was fun to create, and edit. I’m excited about that one just because there’s so much going on.

ION: What would you like our readers and your fans to know about you that might surprise them?

PW: It might surprise people is where my name comes from. It’s a Beyoncé reference. Her entertainment label is Parkwood Entertainment. I was brainstorming names with a friend and he had mentioned “Parker” and I came up with “Parker Woods” from that. I’m a huge Beyoncé fan.

ION: And we’re big Parker Woods fans.

HELP WANTED

ION FABULANCE

ION FRESH BRUNCH

It’s the merry, merry month of May, Mary! Taurus season is begging you to slow down, touch some grass, and maybe buy another houseplant you’ll inevitably neglect. Mercury Retrograde skedaddles mid-month thank the gay goddesses – so communication disasters will mostly chill out. Venus is doing her flirty little dance, meaning Love is in the air… much like your legs. ¶ Expect two big, fat cazimis (when a planet is in conjunction to the Sun and great for cleansing and transformation.) Uranus: May 17 & Mercury on May 29. Say “cazimi.” It’s so fun! ¶ Whether you’re brunching, breaking hearts, or just trying to keep it together, the Cosmos are serving a delightful combo of chill vibes and mild chaos. Stay grounded, Star Children. You’re fabulous, and remember: stay grounded, gorgeous, and slightly unhinged

ION HOMOSCOPES

ARIES Mar. 21 - Apr. 20

You’re still coming in hot from Aries season, but May says: hydrate (with water), sit down, and stop making every situation a competition. You can’t win brunch, babe. Calm your tits, sweetheart .

TAURUS April. 21 - May 20

Happy birthday, you self-indulgent icon! This month is all about treating yourself – and then treating yourself again. Eat the cake, buy that thing you’ve been wanting, and ignore those pesky texts. You’ve earned it.

GEMINI May 21 - June 21

Gemini season kicks off this month! It’s almost time to make you everyone’s problem. Again. If it’s your birthday, try to finish one thing before starting seventeen other new projects. Need a list?

CANCER June 22 - July 22

May has you deep in your feels –what else is new? But hey, it’s giving “emotionally available and thriving” instead of “crying in the shower.” Growth! Soft They/Them summer is almost here.

LEO July 23 - Aug. 22

You’re feeling yourself this month –and so is everyone else. Literally and figuratively. The attention is fabulous, but don’t ghost your friends just because your Instagram is poppin’. Fame needs a foundation.

VIRGO Aug. 23 - Sep. 22

May throws curveballs at your meticulously planned schedule, and you’re this close to snapping. Take a deep breath, and remember: chaos can be character building.

LIBRA Sep. 23 - Oct. 22

Your vibe: romantic with a dash of indecision. Venus has you feeling cute and clingy, but don’t fall in love with someone just because they said, “’Sup?” on Grindr.

SCORPIO Oct. 23 - Nov.23

May is spicy, and so are you. Your intuition is on point, your bedroom game is strong, and your enemies? Nervous. Don’t let dreary, petty drama ruin your summer vibe.

SAGITTARIUS Nov. 23 - Dec. 23

You’re craving adventure, but your calendar says “work meeting.” Big yikes. Plan something exciting – even if it’s just a weekend getaway or chaotic night out. You deserve a little escape.

CAPRICORN Dec. 23 - Jan. 20

You’ve been in boss mode for months, but May says: loosen up! Dance, flirt, take a day off. And your underwear, too. Hustle culture can wait – your joy cannot. It’s because of those cazimis.

AQUARIUS Jan. 21 - Feb. 19

Your brain is doing Olympic-level mental gymnastics and honestly, no one’s surprised. May brings clarity, but only if you unplug for five seconds and actually listen to people.

PISCES Feb. 20 - Mar. 20

May is dripping in daydreams, and you’re happily floating along. Just don’t ignore reality too much —you still have bills, texts, and, like, actual responsibilities. Balance the magic.
