Park Towne Place – Philadelphia, PA Owner - Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) Historical Tax Credit 9 acre site located in the heart of the Museum District of Center City Philadelphia. The site contains four 19-story residential towers, a 2 story amenity building a two level parking garage, and an outdoor pool. Site has achieved historical designation; thus the renovations are designed to comply with the historic tax credit standards. 22 Maple Avenue Mixed-Use Expansion – Morristown, NJ Owner – Hampshire Companies LEED Certification An existing 1860’s 3-story 4,000 SF historically-significant Victorian style house. Designed and documented a 3-story addition to the existing building, allowing growth from 14 to 40 office personnel on- site. The entire third floor is designed for two 2-bedroom rental apartments, which satisfied the mixed-use requirement set forth by the township Heritage Village at Sea Breeze – Lacey Township, NJ Owner – Community Investment Strategies NJ Affordable Housing Tax Credit Initiative project – Green Future Building Guidelines 100 affordable senior rental apartments 1 and 2 bedroom units within a 3-story building with community room accommodations and recreational amenities.
