SAVORY – THE FINE PRINT Our normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Calls to our office outside of normal hours will be directed to voice mail, or can be forwarded to a live voice. Please note the minimums on our menus. Evening and weekend catering orders require a minimum of $150.00, plus tax and delivery. Weekday order minimum is 75.00 plus tax and delivery. Delivery

We deliver to a wide area of Southeastern Wisconsin. Delivery charges are based on distance with the minimum charge being 25.00. Delivery times are arranged on a firstcontracted basis. Night and weekend deliveries are charged with a slightly higher rate.

Tax

Sales tax rate is based on location. If tax-exempt, an exemption certificate is required.

Payment

A deposit may be required upon placing your order. Any balance is due prior to or upon delivery. We accept cash, check or major credit card. Credit cards require approval before delivery. Corporate billing is available.

Staffing

Our servers, if required, will be uniformed in dress shirts, ties, black trousers and Bistro-style aprons.

Staff Rate

The per-hour rate for staff is as follows: servers – 25.00, chef/carvers – 35.00, bartenders – 35.00 and supervisors – 40.00. A travel charge to and from our facility will be charged. There is a 4 hour minimum charge.

Portions

With the exception of boxed lunches, a la carte menu items and breakfasts, an excess of 5% of your order will be delivered. If we serve a customer count in excess of your guarantee, an additional charge per guest will apply. Leftover containers are not provided unless arranged in advance.

Same Day

Orders placed and/or changed after 4:00 pm the day prior to requested delivery will incur a 15.00 charge.

Cancellation

The following cancellation policy will apply to food or service orders that do not have a contracted cancellation clause: • Cancellations must be phoned into our office and confirmed. • Orders may be canceled without penalty by 3:30 pm the day prior to the event. • Cancellations made after 3:30 pm the day prior to the event will be charged full price.

Insurance

Savory Catering is fully insured including product liability, liquor, workers compensation and automobile.

Contract

There is no charge for proposals or contracts. Once our services have been contracted there is a $25 charge to change the menu, times or terms of the contract. Final guest counts are typically due 7 days prior to the event. More may be added up to 2 days prior. Lowering the guest count after 7 days may incur a charge.
