Sample event pricings Every wedding at Stubton Hall is special and exclusive. We will sit down with you to plan the details of your event, but the following recommendations will give you some idea of what to expect to pay for a reception and sit down meal at Stubton Hall. Each of these packages is based on a minimum of 70 guests and includes VAT at 15%. In addition to this per person price, you will need to pay a venue fee and guarantee to take all 15 of the bedrooms in the main house. Please refer to our frequently asked questions for details. In addition, we can arrange the following extras at an additional cost: o Bridal bouquet and wedding party flowers to coordinate with table flowers o Additional flower arrangements (where not otherwise included) o Flowers in church or in our ceremony rooms o Photographer o Church blessing (fee to be paid directly to St Martin’s Church) o Piano player, string quartet or other music during ceremony & reception o DJ or band for evening entertainment o Babysitters o Children’s meals o Limousine or classic car o Coach transportation for guests from your church to Stubton Hall o Buffet for evening guests o Bar for evening guests
