Planning for Gordon & Pymble Centre Overall Approach Develop appropriate planning and urban design outcome for the Ku-ring-gai town centre areas. Address community issues, eg. heritage, retention of significant vegetation, open space and traffic. Address planning issues such as interface, housing choice and economic feasibility. Other considerations economic, trade offs paying for new community infrastructure. A range of options to address the issues.
