Junior League Cookbook from Virginia

START YOUR OVENS, Cooking The Way It Ought'a Be. The official cookbook of the Bristol Motor Speedway went to press in May 2001 after many hours of gathering, researching and testing recipes. It provides regional favorites from residents and restaurants, plus recipes from NASCAR families such as the Waltrips, the Elliotts and the Pettys.
