This scheme was the refurbishment of a sheltered housing scheme in Poole, Dorset. This consisted of external works to 2 high rise buildings, 1 low rise building and the re-landscaping of the entire housing site. The work involved the design and installation of new rainscreen cladding systems to both buildings and new glass facade balcony installations to the two tower blocks. The landscaping design addressed issues with existing infrastructure of the site and utilised the land to create an interactive communal space for the local residents.

The scheme involved urban panning design tor the ‘Trinity Square Project’ for Nottingham City Council. The scheme was to redesign a public square that no longer fulfilled its intended purpose. The brief specified the space be flexible and usable for events and should encourage and draw people into it; the design also had to be representative of Nottingham. Designs were to be exhibited to the public alongside Architects Practices bidding for the project.
