60 HOW IT WORKS ••• Operating from our three HUBs, each team coordinates with their local community developing various PROJECTSwhich meet the needs of our customers and the community. Operating from each customer's person centered plan, projects are identified (or created) which will meet the needs and wants of the individual. To encourage team work, the support team will work with the individual in identifying other customers who might be interested in those projects and will support the individual in coordinating a team. Within the framework of the projects, on-going training will occur in "real time".
