Knowing that Marvel‟s The Avengers movie was due for official release in cinemas on April 27, 2012 (Friday), Murdoch University Commerce Society (MUCS) decided to organize a movie outing for the Murdoch students. This movie would definitely be a crowd-puller and blockbuster one to watch. This movie brings together some of greatest superheroes in the Marvel universe – Captain America, Ironman, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Director Nick Fury. Twenty-six students came for the movie, held at Golden Screen Cinemas, Tropicana Mall. Despite being a long movie (2.5 hours), it was worth the time and money. It was an entertaining, not only with the action, but also with the humour and comedy. As one friend said, “There were a lot of lessons to learn from the movie.” I agree.
