DEPUTY SHERIFF $16.83 PER HOUR This position provides police protection to the citizens of Baldwin County, enforces all laws established by the Criminal Code of Alabama. Qualifications Include:  Minimum age is 21 with a high school diploma or GED  Must meet physical requirements of APOST  Applicants who have current or previous experience as Law Enforcement Officers should submit documentation supporting experience and certification with their application.  All applicants must pass a multiple choice examination; structured oral interview; polygraph examination; drug screening and extensive background investigation as conditions of employment. Qualified applicants will be sent further notification of test time and place after the announcement closes.
