The first exercise you need to use in order to really lose that belly fat quick is the deadlift. The deadlift is a great all around workout that directly works the spine, butt, hamstrings, quads, abs, and calfs. When you incorporate the deadlift into your workout routine it will really help speed up your metabolism which will in turn burn more fat, more often, even when your body is at rest. The deadlift may be the best all-around workout there is because it literally works all of the main muscle groups in your body. Aside from the main muscles, it also indirectly works the rest of your body because they are mainly involved in your body and cores stability. The second exercise I suggest you use to lose belly fat quick is the squat. You may think that the squat is just used to build up your leg muscles, but you would be wrong. In fact, the squat, when performed correctly, works your core strength more than any other exercise. The squat is also a great all around exercise that releases a good amount of fat burning hormones and will in-turn build muscle in place of the fat. Use the squat in conjunction with the deadlift and combined you will have a great combination workout to really shed the fat fast! The last exercise I want to mention that will help put your metabolism in overdrive is the wind sprint. I can't think of a better way to lose belly fat quick than by just getting out and running as fast as you can. Ask yourself when the last time was that you actually just got out and ran top speed. Most adults can't even remember that far back! You don't have to think of wind sprints as boot camp training, just get outside and push your body in intervals. Run as fast as you can for one hundred meters, walk for one hundred, then run again. Or make it fun and race a friend or find a hill to run up. If you are in need to lose belly fat quickly, take my advice and use these three exercises in your workout routines. You will really be surprised at how much faster you will burn fat than just by doing ab workouts alone. The deadlift, squat, and wind sprint are your keys to building a better looking and healthier body.
