Fruits and vegetables have been lauded for generations so there is no need to delve too deeply into their benefits but just remember that, aside from being rich in fiber, fruits and vegetables are low in fat and calories. This makes them perfect snacks to munch on any time of day. Instead of eating a bag of Doritos or a handful or Oreos, grab some apple slices or blueberries. You'll feel full, get a dose of vitamins and minerals, and get far more energy than you will from the empty calories provided by snack companies. This energy will fuel your workouts and you will lose belly fat quickly without having to starve yourself, feel unhealthy, or lose energy.
