Let your neck muscles do what they're meant to do...hold up your head. 3. For females trying to get a sleek and sexy mid section, weighted side/oblique exercises should be avoided. Adding muscle mass to this part of the body could possibly cause your physique to have a block and/or square look which is not what most women are looking for. Too much muscle in this part can throw off your proportions.
