With everything going on with the climate, it just makes sense to make your own electricity. I am very concerned about the environment and what is happening with the climate. My family thought we were doing everything we could to be good conservationists, we knew we were doing everything we could except we didn't have any renewable energy sources. I don't make alot of money, so when I called my local solar electricity installer and got a quote for 10 thousand bucks, I thought we just wouldn't be able to do it. There is always an alternative I saw a friend I had not seen in years about my issue, about how I wanted renewable energy for my home but could not afford. He said if you really wanted to make your own electricity you would just build the solar panels yourself. What!? I'm not that guy, I didn't even finish college. Build your own solar panel even if you are technically challenged. Technically challenged is a good way to describe me. My friend told me where to go online to get an instruction manual all about how to make your own electricity. I was interested in solar panels but this guide has instructions for wind turbines also. The cool thing is that I got all the materials at the hardware store down the street for less than $200. It was so easy to do that I built another one the following weekend, and a small wind turbine after that. Solar panels for less that $200, why isn't everybody doing this. Seriously, 200 bucks at a time I think we could solve this climate crisis thing with any help from the government. While they are all talking and talking you could make your own electricity and then your neighbor could and so on and so on. Anybody can do this, believe me if I can do it a ten year old could do it.
