Nutrition and Fitness!

Nutrition and Fitness should undoubtedly be one of the most important aspects of anyone’s life. We’ve all heard our parents tell us to “stop eating junk food!” and to “go spend some more time in the sun!” and we should be thanking them for that. By not following this wise advice, an increasing number of the American populous is being affected by a serious health risk: Obesity. Just by paying a little bit more attention towards your diet and exercise, achieving a normal weight is easy and fun! In this unit, we’ll explore what it takes live a happy and healthy lifestyle!
