Map of Brunei The map of Brunei with its national colours reflect the extent of the competition which represents the Bruneians with their creativity, innovative and competitiveness while maintaining their traditional values.

Bubbles The bubbles floating out of the map of Brunei and revolving around the globe represent excellence, quality, imaginative, creativity and innovativeness which reflect the dawn of a new era of local inventors. They also signify teamwork as one of the objectives of the CIPTA award. Colours The use of colours in the logo represents the hard work that potential local inventors experience in creating fresh ideas with knowledge and available resources.
