Our vision for a bright Jewish future.

Achieving impact together.

You feel it every moment of every day:

world is changing

and in ways we could have only imagined.

For more than 125,000 Jewish people in Palm Beach County, the changing world presents: Increasing needs of at-risk populations here and around the world. Opportunities to inspire and strengthen Jewish identity. Innovative ways to connect and grow closer to our extended Jewish family.

1,500 teens from 20 countries connect at JDC’s Camp Szarvas in Hungary each year.

Children are connecting with their Jewish culture, heritage and traditions.

If we work together, we can build a Jewish community that looks like this:

The next generation of leaders is enriching their Jewish identity through networking and volunteerism. Families are enjoying transformative Jewish experiences and creating a foundation of Jewish life. Baby Boomers are lending their expertise to volunteer and make a difference in the community. Holocaust survivors and frail seniors are living independently, comfortably and with dignity. Jews in Israel and throughout the world are strengthening connections with our local Jewish community.

237 children receive a high-quality Jewish education at Meyer Academy.

The community joins together, accomplishing what no individual could do on their own.

We evaluate the needs of the entire community. We mobilize a network of partners who can address our community’s needs. We lead an impactful response by generating the resources to invest in the most critical needs of our community.

More than 15,000 people attend the Mandel JCC’s annual cultural arts festivals.

Creating inclusive entry points to Jewish life with programs for people with special needs. Ensuring safe paths to Israel for Jews in need around the world. Providing Holocaust survivors with companionship and comfort.

26,000 meals are delivered through MorseLife’s Kramer Senior Services.

Together, we enrich Jewish life. Strengthening Jewish family life by ensuring free Jewish children’s books for young families. Engaging active adults and Boomers with volunteering opportunities through Federation’s partners. Providing scholarships that enable teens and young adults to take part in unique Jewish experiences. Reenergizing Jewish life in the former Soviet Union, where it was once nearly wiped out. Connecting teens to their Jewish heritage with programs at local public high schools.

100,000 free Jewish books have been delivered to families through Friedman CJE’s PJ Library® program.

Together, we build global Jewish community. Empowering students to stand up against anti-Israel activity on college campuses. Connecting to our extended Jewish family by enabling synagogue and Jewish day school students to learn with students in Israel. Supporting the power of Jewish peoplehood with education and social services for the Ethiopian-Israeli community. Advocating for the people of Israel on a local, national and global stage. Responding to anti-Semitism in Europe with programs that bring Jewish young adults together to celebrate Jewish identity with peers around the world.

400 children in the TZAHAR region participate in a mentoring program of The Jewish Agency for Israel.

We accomplish all of this through your generous contributions to Federation.

Federation’s Annual Campaign generates the resources to invest in causes you care about around the world. Your contribution – no matter how large or small – addresses a variety of causes and concerns. Perpetuate your giving through a variety of legacy opportunities through Federation’s Jewish Community Foundation.
