lying programme ...

a set of tasks performed as a group in the morning for the purpose of warming up, stretching the muscles and focussing the mind

sitting straight, take in a deep breath and raise the arms above the head: In through nose - 1,2,3,4,5 & out with “aaahhhhhhhh” repeat x5 -9 -


move down from the stool & lie on the matt, on stomach

on stomach, using arms and legs, turn around 180°on the mat “singing song of choice”
