Depression is a common psychological disorder seen in people of all ages. It has much relevance in academics too. Students suffering from depression cannot achieve anything in life. Hence enough steps should be taken by the authority. It is clinically proved that children with depression lose all interest to lead a better social and personal life. They fail to initiate healthy relationship with others. This makes them alienated from the main stream society. Their condition will become worse if they are left untreated. For some students Exam time is the majority stressful part of their life. But to be honest this is not a right thoughts or approach. There are certain or simple things which can really help you to avoid last time examination stress. So from beginning to end this brief write-up an attempt has been made to allocate some points regarding how to avoid test stress. There are various treatment methods which can bring back students with depression to normal life. First and foremost of all they should be able to get proper care from others. Their disorder stems from the belief that they are ignored by others. Also, they become stressed when they find that things do not go as they wish. Here, what is needed is to make them aware that life is a mixture of both good and bad experiences. It is important to teach them lessons of rational thinking. By taking up measures in tactical manner, one can make sure that students with depression can lead proper life. However, it is essential to give proper consideration to them in all aspects of life. Now, I don't claim to have any professional handle on college-related depression, but if you're like me, you probably saw those first few statistics and said, "Big deal! They're college students!" And there has some to be some truth there. We have long known that poor sleeping habits, abnormal diets (including ones heavy on alcohol), finding work, and taking tests all contribute to stress, and in some cases depression. Heck, you’re not truly a college student without a full night’s sleep and a good dose of your daily coffee.
