MAY 2014 Viewers Matter! May has an exciting set of five Friday nights that will close out the debut year of FOCUS. Since its premiere in September, our local show has earned a loyal audience with deep news reporting and intriguing stories. The FOCUS team has covered topics including new technologies and family-centered therapies for those touched by autism; information on local farming and food options; great hidden regional attractions such as parks and museums; and in-depth information on health topics in pregnancy, infant care and asthma. Join Laura, Grover and Brittany each Friday this month at 7:00pm as they continue with a variety of timely and engaging topics. (You may catch a repeat on Sundays at 11:30am and 5:30pm or Mondays at 11:30pm) Congratulations to FOCUS for capturing the essence of the PBS39 mission to educate, inspire and entertain — all connected to the people, places and issues in the greater Lehigh Valley — and you, our viewers. During the rest of the week, you’ll find your favorite prime time programs outlined inside your guide. And don’t forget all the kids programs that run each weekday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Your children will enjoy Wild Kratts, Dinosaur Train, Peg + Cat, WordGirl and more; and may not even realize they are learning while they watch! (Check our website for the daytime listings.) Thank you for tuning in and for keeping PBS39 on the air.
