Black Forest is a census-designated place (CDP) in El Paso County, Colorado. A CDP is a community that lacks a separate municipal government, but Black Forest is the dark patch of thick pine you notice north of Colorado Springs when otherwise resembles an incorporated flying into the city. Black Forest is a rural area city or village. CDPs provide data on that the residents are pretty much set on population identified by name, but are keeping that way. Many homes are situated on not legally incorporated under the five or more acres. Abundant wildlife lives in the laws of the state in which surrounding woods.
