April 2011- Aug. 2012 Developed and executed initial concept of Culture Kitchen; a service and website to spread culture through food sharing authentic ethnic recipes. Developed the MVP for the website including the customer sales flow and content for distribution on the web. Lead business development, sales and marketing for cooking classes and cooking kits. Secured customers from almost all 50 states and over 400 direct to customer sales and subscriptions in less than 1 year. Lead fundraising efforts to secure over $100,000 of seed funding and entry into both 500 Startups Accelerator and The Designers Fund.

Sept. 2008-Aug. 2009 Created a new body of work for presentation including jewelry, small metal sculpture and installation art. Instructed students in basic and advanced metalsmithing techniques. Supervised a staff of 15 student employees, managed the studio in the absence of the director, and lead marketing efforts increasing student participation for the 2008-2009 academic year.
