Christmas Appliance Winners Congratulations to PEC Members Nathan and Tamn Harrington of Holdenville who won PEC’s Christmas Appliance drawing on December 7, 2012. The Harringtons chose the Samsung 55’’ ENERGY STAR® HDTV from their choice of selected ENERGY STAR rated appliances at Ada’s Sears store which is also a PEC consumer. Mr. and Mrs. Harrington took advantage of PEC’s Sure B.E.T. Once logged in to E-Bill, select the menu item “Stop/Start Print Bill” and follow the instructions on the E-Bill screen - it’s that easy.

Remember, you will no longer receive a paper bill when you sign up for Paperless Billing. Make sure to keep your email address up-to-date in order to receive monthly notification that your new electric bill is ready to view.

Oklahoma Living Celebrates Anniversary with Cookbook

STEPS TO FOLLOW IF YOUR ELECTRICITY GOES OFF

Oklahoma Living magazine is compiling a cookbook as part of the publication’s 65th anniversary celebration. The cookbook, which will include member-submitted recipes as well as historic recipes from the magazine’s archives, will be approximately 160 pages, full color and hardbound. PEC members are invited to participate in the historic, Oklahoma cookbook by submitting their favorite recipes. “Co-op members are so valuable to us, and we’re thrilled to invite them to
