Introduction | The Agilify Brand Unleashing Human Potential through Automation The next chapter in automation is about unlocking human potential. Agilify helps customers understand and embrace this process in order to achieve great things together. Agilify is focused on implementing automation technology that frees companies from remedial tasks and processes and empowers them to rediscover their independence and explore creative opportunities. Agilify’s brand personality as the automation “outfitter” can be described as follows: • Agile • Brave • Candid • Creative • Empathic • Fun • Friendly • Knowledgeable The Agilify logo visually conveys the harmonious intersection of human potential and creativity with robotic process and structure. By combining mechanical and humanist themes with layered symbolism, the Agilify mark communicates familiarity and experience—but most importantly, it instills trust.

The Agilify logo PRIMARY OPTION Use against white or background colors light enough to hold contrast. The eye is the only element that appears in full color gradient.

MONCHROME OPTIONS Use only when the primary option is not applicable; the gradient fade can be replaced if necessary with a 100% fill.

REVERSE OPTION Used against colored backgrounds strong and dark enough to hold high contrast. Avoid using overly busy patterns.

The Agilify eye PRIMARY OPTION Use against white or background colors light enough to hold contrast. The eye must appear in its full color gradient when it appears alone.

MONCHROME/REVERSE OPTIONS In this instance, the eye should never appear alone; it must be accompanied by the full Agilify logo. The monochrome eye may be used as a design element in a layout or repeating pattern—for example, as part of a background design or watermark (see the application in the upper right hand corner of this page)—but always in conjunction with the full logo mark.

Logo usage | Spatial and sizing requirements

The ‘exclusion zone’ shown to the right shows the spatial area around the logo which must remain free from other content or copy to ensure that the logo is not obscured. As the diagram indicates, this area is equal to that of the width of Agilify’s A letterform.

The logo should never be sized smaller than 1” wide for web or print applications.

The eye should never be sized smaller than .25” in diameter for web or print applications (exception: favicon).

Design | Elements, shapes, and patterns Agilify marketing and branding materials should mirror the circular themes of the Agilify eye. This can be communicated through graceful, swooping arcs, repeating spheres, and gentle, curved edges. These design decisions will further emphasize Agilify’s creativity, friendliness, and agility when contrasted against formatted content.

ARCS The swooping arc can serve as a header, footer, or side tab to anchor a document. It can stand alone or be filled with an image or gradient. The movement and shape of this element communicates our agility and should be used wherever possible as a foundation for our visual identity.

CIRCLES Circular frames can contain images or feature information. They can be stroked or outlined for emphasis and can also be layered to interrupt one another. Consider using curved edges instead of square edges to create “lozenges” for feature boxes, or wrap content along a curved edge.

GRADIENTS AND EFFECTS Watermarked, multiplied or layered images and colors contribute to an attitude of collaboration and harmonious partnership while simultaneously softening our message. For example, add a gradient fade or dotted style to a divider line or stroke, or multiply a gradient color into an image.

WALLPAPER The repeating eye can be used as a subtle watermark reminder in green or reverse) to fill empty space or add extra depth to a background or image. It should always be used with a gradient fade and be semi-transparent.

Design | Imagery Whenever imagery accompanies marketing or branding materials and assets, priority should be given to images that communicate human potential. Stock photography should include people that are warm, relaxed, and friendly, and interacting positively with technology in both learning and business environments. Imagery should strive to be vibrant and colorful; the overlaying of gradients or patterns can be used to brighten, or soften subjects and seamlessly incorporate technological aspects.
