We have spent the time and put on the miles to find our walking herd sires and we are incredibly proud of them. All bulls will be vet inspected, semen checked and guaranteed prior to delivery. They will be delivered free of charge up to 250km and beyond that the cost of mileage. A deposit will hold your bull until you need him; up till June 1, 2025 unless other arrangements are made. All animals are sold under the terms and guarantees set forth by the Canadian Angus Association.

Welcome! It seems as we get older the sentiment that days are long and the years are short rings truer and truer. How are we back into bull sale season, and where did 2024 go? As our family grows so does the herd! The future is bright, exciting and busy!
This years walking bulls are giving us calving ease, strong maternal promise, and the consistency we like to see in our bull and replacement pens. Revelation 215K continues to exceed our expectations. With an ideal structure and head shape, his bull calves are showing high vigor and large scrotals across the board. It was our last breeding season with Judge this spring; so this will be the second to last calf crop off of him. Year after year Judge has been an ol’faithful in regards to calving ease and foot quality. Jameson 55J is an easy keeping, maternal masterpiece. We expect great things from his daughters and from the female calves out of his sons. We are also looking forward to seeing calves off of Slowburn 2007; a 102H son and in fact some AI calves off of 102H himself. Other AI and embryo sires we have this year include; Max 110C, Razor and Red Blood.
We are also selling some replacement heifers this year. These girls come from the heart of our replacement pen and are showing promise to be solid producers. They are extremely uniform in their mass, structure and head shape. Being backed by strong female parentage on both top and bottom of the pedigrees, these replacements are sure to be maternal producers for years to come.
Having switched our winter feeding from free choice green feed and a pellet to corn silage TMR we have noticed a consistent growth and overall a more filled out look in our bulls and heifers. We are immensely proud at this years pens; it really does feel like there is something for everyone here. Mission is a long, smooth made, cherry red bull with a strong dependable foot under him. He is also showing promise in scrotal development like the other Revelation sons. A real ladies man this bull is turning out to be. He would rather be visiting the heifer fence than eating. Mcleod is stout made, good footed and one of our favorite Slowburn sons. Combining our Lassie line with the Cockburn Cora line he is sure to produce strong maternal females. Mcleod is a real “dandy” of a bull.

If anyone has had a chance to visit with Jeffrey in the last three years, I am sure he has talked your ear off about Revelation 215K; the sire of Majesty 425M. But in Jeff’s defence its hard not to get excited about Rev. Phenotypically he is everything we think is important in the Red Angus breed. Backed by maternal genetics, he is chalked full of proven pedigrees. We could talk for days about Rev, which leads us to 425M. He embodies all that is good in his sire mixed with the dependability we have come to appreciate from our Vanilla line.
In greek mythology, King Midas had an ability to turn everything he touched into gold; known as the “Midas Touch”. Crossing the genetics from Judge 22G and daughters from Boy oh Boy we have found that the skull shape has stayed true to the angus shape with added smoothness. 426M really does have the “Midas touch”!
It is a regular argument around afternoon coffee about who has a better udder; 811U herself or her daughter 841F, which has given Maxim a head start in the maternal department. He is balanced through his front end, dark in color and a strong foot. A really showy bull stemming from one of our most proven female lines.

It’s so hard to write unique footnotes when the offspring of our walking bulls are so even and consistent. This combination of a Judge daughter and Jameson has given us the quality we are looking for while still maintaining the proven genetics we are striving for. 442M has mass and muscle, coupled with a calving ease birthweight.
Slowburn 2007 was our designated heifer bull this year. The sons are showing immense promise in growth and calving ease. Medic is clean fronted and has an angular head. He also has a long straight backline, deep middle and solid foot structure.
Once upon a time, a long, long, LONG time ago... Glen and Evelyn bought a Scythia cow from the Towaw sale. This purchase is still showing female strength in the herd today with 445M’s dam. 445M has a low birthweight, loose hided, and soft made. He will do well in a heifer pen while still being able to graduate to cows.
The Slowburn 2007 sons are showing a spring of rib and soundness that is consistent through them all. 446M is no different, he is extremely balanced from the top of his head to the tips of his toes. His dam has a lovely udder, fa feminine structure and will sure to be a future matron of the herd.

Buying and then calving embryos brings a whole new level of excitement. And when a good-looking calf is born we are hesitant to admire it as we know that calving is just the beginning. We still have to get that calf to pasture, weaning and make it through multiple culling sessions. Red Bloom Magnesium 472M has shown promise from the very beginning. He has the muscle mass, the stoutness, the spring of rib, the solid foot and the deep coloring of a future herd sire. He is currently in the top weight class of the pen.
Mahogany; a deep reddish brown that often symbolizes stability and reliability. 474M is the embodiment of his names definition. One of the last embryo calves out of Utopia 811U, he walks with ease and boldness like his dam. Mahogany is sure footed and deep through his middle. This could be one of the last direct 811U offspring we offer and his picture does not do him justice!
