FrontLine Progressbook Roadshow - ZOOM February 2, 2022 1 - 2:30 p.m. Join us for an ITC roadshow presented by FrontLine. FrontLine will be presenting a review of their solutions, including Progressbook updates and future roadmap items for Gradebook, DataMap, and StudentInformation. Group members create the agenda by contributing to a shared Google Doc where resolutions or other points of discussion are maintained for future reference. PowerSchool EMIS Work Session - IN PERSON January 24, 2022 1 - 4 p.m. Connect West - Room 115 1885 Lake Ave. Elyria, OH 44035 PowerSchool EMIS Work Session - Per request by several customers, the second EMIS Exchange of the month has been changed to a PowerSchool EMIS work session. PowerSchool January Open Discussion - HYBRID January 25, 2022 1 - 2:30 p.m. ESC of Lorain County - Room A 1885 Lake Ave. Elyria, OH 44035 This discussion-style solution-driven meeting will be used to help determine best end user solutions and best practices for our districts. Solutions may include use of the existing core PowerSchool application and reports and/or suggestions for custom pages and/or reports. Requested Connect-developed customizations that will be made available to our service partners will be previewed for feedback during these sessions. PowerSchool January STRUT (STate Reporting Update/Training) Meeting - HYBRID January 25, 2022 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. ESC of Lorain County - Room A 1885 Lake Ave. Elyria, OH 44035 STRUT on in to hear what PowerSchool Ohio State Reporting changes will be made in the upcoming monthly release. If there are any new features, we will provide a brief overview/training. More complex features will likely involve scheduled training at a later date. These sessions will normally be offered as virtual only; however, due to scheduling considerations, it is being offered in a hybrid format for January. Inventory Demo - Redesign with SSDT - ZOOM January 20, 2022 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. With the classic state software system aging out in 2022, many districts are making decisions as to how they wish to handle inventory moving forward.
