Program: 3 Pillars of Leadership - Professional Development Program for Women Leaders Purpose: Empower women leaders to set and achieve specific goals as related to strengthening self, communicating powerfully, and career planning. She will unequivocally believe in herself, optimize her strengths, achieve breakthroughs, and attain professional success along with personal fulfillment, while contributing to company performance. She is supported in all aspects of achieving professional and personal goals. Size: The cohort ranges between four and six women. Structure and flow: 12-session program organized to include one-hour cohort live calls via Zoom per week and (2) one-on-one coaching sessions per individual. The cadence of the modules is designed to drive momentum and true transformation during this full immersion program! Commitment: Client and Coach agree to Actions for Impact following each session. Client and Coach agree to show up fully present for each session in order to drive measurable transformation and achieve desired goals.
