JCRCA convenes a common table to build consensus on key issues and advocates for causes consistent with Jewish values and ethics through a process of education, collaboration and communication.
JCRCA CONVENES A COMMON TABLE FOR THE JEWISH COMMUNITY We bring together Jewish individuals, organizations and synagogues to address the pressing issues affecting our community and strive to build consensus. • We invite all Jewish individuals, synagogues and organizations to join us from across Atlanta and express their voice and their vote at the common table. • Holocaust Community Coordinating Council. JCRCA convenes more than 40 organizations from across Atlanta involved in Holocaust commemoration and education in order to promote communication, collaboration and cooperation. JCRCA created and updates an annual calendar of Holocaust commemoration and education events for the metro area. • Synagogue Social Justice Chairs Council. JCRCA works with synagogue social justice chairs to maximize community impact and increase advocacy as a tool to repair the world.

We fight discrimination and oppression and support equality of opportunity. We support the continuity and security of Israel. We educate the community to engage on social justice issues. • Advocacy Training: JCRCA provides annual advocacy training and tools, as well as regular communication on advocacy opportunities on community policy priorities. • Connect the community with state and national elected officials through local programming on key issues and legislative days in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. • Promote the public policy agendas adopted by Atlanta’s Jewish organizations and support community mobilization on those issues.
