Create your dream design...

Custom Carpet Made Easy We can help create your unique custom carpet vision in a very timely and cost effective manner. Below we have listed the simple ABC steps in this process to use as a guideline when ordering your next Legacy Custom Carpet. Custom order process: As EASY as ABC! A) Pattern is selected from an existing Legacy design or by submitting a new design concept. A CAD can be created to help you visualize the pattern. B) Colors are selected using our House Colors or your own custom colors. We can expertly match colors for your project from poms, samples, swatches or other reference materials. C) Construction, carpet base material and face weight are determined. What happens next... When Pattern, Colors and Construction have been decided, a 30 x 30 strikeoff can usually be made within 5-7 business days. This sample carries a $249 fee which includes the initial design & color work, production file generation, construction setup, strike-off creation, handling and shipping. Upon strike-off approval, a 50% deposit will be required before production of the carpet begins. The remaining balance will be due before the carpet ships. The average production time for a custom run is 3-4 weeks from receipt of deposit. If you have any questions or would like to begin the custom order process, please feel free to contact the mill directly or your local salesperson.
