IMPROPER COMMENT - It shall be an offence for any Promoter, Competitor, or Official to publish or permit to be published or connive at either by way of programme, loudspeaker or otherwise, any statement of conduct which improperly criticises SNZ, their Officials, or comments on any matter which is subjudice.
