Who are they for?

An Apprenticeship is for new and existing staff in the property industry. There are a number of existing frameworks available (at Level 2 and Level 3) that are suitable for a variety of job roles. Apprentices complete in house training before they go out to work with an employer. The training includes Customer Service, Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, First Aid and IT Skills. Property Maintenance We offer a Buildings Maintenance framework which enables your business to have an apprentice on site to provide support with property maintenance for your letting business. Before going out to an employer all Buildings Maintenance Apprentices complete training in First Aid, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness and CSCS.
