Merchandise Presentation: Folded & Hangers

Visual Merchandise: Cluttered

Customer Service: I was not greeted and you can’t tell the workers from the customers

Size & Layout: It is a 2 tier store and very large -clothes were hanging off of hangers -clothes were in the wrong spots

Target Customer: Young women 17-25 -middle to high social status -unmarried & educated

Overall Experience: I was not greeted ever, it was too messy and stuffy.

Size & Layout: Everything was in place -medium size store -men’s on one side and women’s on the other

Overall Experience: It was great, I was acknowledged multiple times. It was very clean and organized.

Size & Layout: Medium 2 tier store -chairs in center of each room -spacious -a few of each piece displayed

Overall Experience: Phenomenal, associates were kind and showed me multiple pieces.

Signature Element: Unlined, unconstructed, loose fitting men’s jackets with lowered lapel notches and sloping shoulders.
