Television Specifications These guidelines should be strictly followed, as any deviation will dilute the brand. All television graphics are provided in HD - 1920px x 1080px and PAL- 1024px x 576px - but all graphics are Title Safe for 4 x 3 Cutout. All graphics MUST USE ENGLISH. The television graphics use the dynamic shapes from the logo as the backgrounds for the type elements. Each element comes to a frozen position. This frozen position may be extended to any length of time that the broadcaster requires. All graphic elements should be animated according to the examples shown on page 33. RUSSIA RUS The FIVB World League uses English as its language. Therefore all countries must be referred to in their English names.

Wherever possible, the full name must be used. However, it may sometimes be necessary to use the country code. The television graphics often use the flags of the competing countries. They use them in two sizes: Small: 30 px high Big: 40 px high

The flags are provided on the server in these sizes. They must be conformed into the sizes listed above.

Match Info

File: match info

The Match Info is a broadcaster transmission graphic to be used before the start of the international feed. It gives all the details of the games, including the countdown to live international transmission. This graphic can also include the HTVB’s TV CHANNEL ID logo if the HTVB requires. Additional information such as a match start delay, or exceptional 3rd set break duration may also be added. A fullscreen and matte version to be placed over picture are provided.

Opening Sequence

Referee / Officials Identification

The names of the Officials are stated by this graphic. Their nationality is placed after by using the Country Code. The elements animate on and off, but come to a freeze in the middle, allowing the graphic to be onscreen for as long as the broadcaster determines.

Player Identification

File: player id

The Player ID’s are used to indicate the name of the player shown on the screen. They also allow further information about the player to be shown on-screen. This can be the player’s age and height or statistics. If the broadcaster wishes to show efficiency rather than faults, this is allowed. The elements animate on and off, but come to a freeze in the middle, allowing the graphic to be onscreen for as long as the broadcaster determines.

Crunch Addition M (Match Point, Set Point, Time Out)

Match Point is indicated by an animated element moving from the Crunch Scoreboard. It is placed in two separate positions depending on the team winning the advantage. This is placed in a different location when the Sets Scoreboard is used. set point

Statistics for each team can be placed on the Crunch Scoreboard Additions. This allows statistics to be placed on-screen in a very unobtrusive way. The additions animate out from the Crunch Scoreboard.
