Decorated with the figures of the patrons of the diocese: St. Jan Baptiste, St. John the Evangelist, St. Vincent and St. Jadwiga Śląska. At the bottom of the cartouche is a vignette of Raciborz with the reconciliation scene of Bishop Tomasz II Zaremba with Prince Henry IV Probus.
