A collection of miscellaneous mementos etc., including main-wheel tyre probably for Spitfire or Hurricane, c. 1940s, unidentified, still contained in original hessian sacking protective cover, sewn and sealed unopened, together with a group of instruments including magneto control switch, u/c lever (hydraulic) helmet radio earpieces, and a quantity of unused emergency escape signalling mirrors (RaftHand) in original packaging (-)

An unusual warsculpture relic from military wreckage, c. 1939-45, comprising a biplane fighter/ observation aircraft in the style of a Fairey Flycatcher or similar, surmounting a large portion of curved steel armour-plate in the form of a stylised wave, with commemorative poppy motif to lower edge: all-steel welded construction with good attention to detail on the aeroplane, previously over-painted in military matt green, now showing rusting due to openair display, 26 x 24in (66 x 61cm) & 18in (46cm) deep (1)
