There are many editions of the Geneva version bearing the date 1599. Probably a number of copies were originally issued in a mixed state. The date 1599 is often incorrect in most cases, as they were often published at different times in Amsterdam and Dort and adopted by Barker. Refer to Herbert p.115. (1) £300-400
