Buyout – Is defined as an event that is booked during MW’s normal hours of operation (for the Main Dining Room), resulting in a subsequent restaurant closure.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS It is our pleasure to do our very best to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. For FAMILY STYLE MENUS: It is our recommendation to order any set menu served family style to appease to the majority of your guests, and to order individually plated, ala carte menu items for those guests with specific allergies or dietary restrictions. For PLATED MENUS: It is our recommendation to substitute the affected course(s) in your chosen menu OR order individually plated, ala carte menu items for those guests with specific allergies or dietary restrictions.

OUTSIDE FOOD & FAVORS Small candy, food or drink favors are allowed, as long as they have been packaged in a way that does not encourage on premise consumption. Outside cakes, desserts, or non-alcoholic beverages are permitted for display only. If you wish your guests to consume any of these items on premise, during your event, there will be a ‘Non-Restaurant Item Fee’ of $5.00++ charged per person, per item.

DECOR MW offers our tables set bare, with white cotton napkins. You are welcome to source and provide any table cloths, chair covers, napkins etc. for your event. Table décor and floral arrangements are allowed, and may be delivered directly to the restaurant during our normal hours of operation. We do not allow any items to be stuck to our walls (painted surfaces) or hung from our existing fixtures. Please check with your event coordinator or on-site banquet captain for PERMISSION, PRIOR to any décor installation. If required, please provide your own easels for display. You, the Client, will be financially responsible for repairing any damages incurred by your décor.

EVENT POLICIES & AGREEMENT Booking and Confirming MW requires all Clients to approve our Event Proposal/Order/Contract and Event Policies either electronically or manually, as well as provide payment of our Required Booking Deposit (30% minimum – 100% maximum). MW requires that the quoted and contracted food and beverage minimum stated on our Event Proposal/Order/Contract be met, and that any un-met minimum will be charged. In the event that a Clients’ Event Proposal/Order/Contract is considerably altered from the time they had provided their approval, MW may require the client to re-approve their Event Proposal/Order/Contract. Final Guaranteed Head Count & Last Minute Changes MW requires receipt of the Clients' Final Guaranteed Head Count, Menu Selections, Beverage Selections, and Event Details by the date and time instructed on the Clients' Event Proposal, or at least 3 business days prior to said event, whichever comes first. Failure to provide all required information by said due date will result in a Rush Penalty Fee of $100.00 + tax. Any changes to a Clients' Event Order within 3 business days of the Clients' event will result in a Rush Penalty Fee of $100.00 + tax, or, 5% of the initial order subtotal assessed, whichever is greater. The Client will be billed for the Final Guaranteed Head Count they have provided, or actual attendance, whichever is greater. As a courtesy, we offer a 15% increase-to-guest-head-count leeway on all Final Guaranteed Head Counts. Should the Clients' Actual 'Day-of' Head Count be more than 15% of the Final Guaranteed Head Count they have provided, the Client will be charged for all additional guests, plus, an additional 20% of the menu cost per person will be added to the guests that exceeded the Final Guaranteed Head Count by the 15% leeway. Rush Bookings A Rush Booking is an event that is booked and confirmed within 3 business days of the Clients' proposed event date. Rush Bookings are subject to a Rush Penalty Fee of $100.00 + tax. Contract Event Start & End Times As a courtesy to our staff and other patrons, we require all events to conclude at the contracted end time noted on the Clients' Event Proposal/Order/Contract. A complimentary 15-minute grace period from the event end time will be granted, at the end of which we require all guests and their belongings to be cleared from the event space. If any guests or belongings remain in the event space after the 15-minute grace period, the Client will be assessed a fee of $100.00 + tax, per each 15-minute incremental period thereafter. Service Charge & Gratuity Private Dining – A 5% mandatory Service Charge and 4.712% GET will be added to all food, beverages, and fees. The 5% Service Charge will be allocated as follows, 2% to Kitchen Staff and 3% to Administrative Expenses. Any gratuities given will be left at the Clients’ discretion and given in its entirety to the Wait Staff that serviced the Clients’ event. Buyout – A 20% mandatory Service Charge and 4.712% GET will be added to all food, beverages, and fees. The 20% Service Charge will be allocated as follows, 2% to Kitchen Staff, 3% to Administrative Expenses and 15% to the Wait Staff that serviced the Clients’ event. Any gratuities given will be left at the Clients’ discretion and given in its entirety to the Wait Staff that serviced the Clients’ event. Cancellation Policy Any Cancellation after Booking is Confirmed – 50% Forfeiture of Booking Deposit 30 – 60 Days Prior to Event – 100% Forfeiture of Booking Deposit 7 – 30 Days Prior to Event – 50% of Events Order Total Less than 7 Days Prior to Event – 100% of Events Order Total Payment Any remaining balance due, un-met food and beverage minimum or additional charges incurred beyond the Event Proposal/Order/Contract the Client had approved upon booking, will be due in full upon the conclusion of the event and paid using the method of payment specified by the client. MW accepts payment by Cash, Corporate Check and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).
