Welcome Hopefully, by the time you read this the sun will have come out of hiding and started warming us up a bit.    Although we are very proud of the service we provide to you, we are aware that our weakest link has been 24 hour service.  After a thorough review and trials we have  decided to do this differently, providing more staff at key times and more support in the event of a major incident.  You will have received a new phone number 01908 00 9975  by G-bulletin already.  All you need to do is store it in your smartphone for those “special” moments.  Please be aware that it is for emergencies, and we urge you to call only if you need some action taken that cannot wait until regular office hours.   As we work so closely with you, we assume we know exactly how you feel about our work.  Just to check on this we would really appreciate your taking a moment to follow the link below and post your frank comments and suggestions.  If you would like us to contact you about any issues, please add your email or phone number.  Of course, our Account Directors are always available to you.

Click to leave feedback Finally, we welcome some new blood to the stable in the shape of Jade who joins our City team.  I hope you will enjoy the usual round-up of news and take a minute to enter one of the easy competitions with some great prizes to be won. Wishing you a warm and sunny Spring. Dominic Joyce - Managing Director
