Honorary Canadian Chair: Laureen Harper
What is the Tiffany Circle? The Tiffany Circle is a society of women leaders and philanthropists. These women follow in the footsteps of a long line of female leaders making a significant impact in the humanitarian work of the Red Cross - helping the most vulnerable people in their local communities and throughout the world.
An International Network of Women An innovative group of women with the American Red Cross started the first Tiffany Circle in 2007. Today, they have more than 850 members contributing more than $8.5 million annually to ensure the Red Cross will be there to help those in greatest need. Inspired by this success, national societies of the Red Cross are starting Tiffany Circles in countries such as Canada, Mexico, the UK, the Netherlands, France, and Japan. Tiffany Circle members are easily identifiable as they wear the exclusive Tiffany Circle bracelet adorned with a Red Cross.
“I proudly wear the Red Cross symbol on my Tiffany bracelet. This is only the beginning of the Tiffany Circle of the Canadian Red Cross and I have great hopes for what we will accomplish together. It has been said that ‘women are like snowflakes: one alone may melt, but enough of us together can stop traffic’.” Miranda Hubbs, Founding Member Canadian Red Cross Tiffany Circle
The Tiffany Circle Inspiration The founding members were inspired by the beautiful windows produced by Tiffany Studios in 1917 for the American Red Cross headquarters in Washington, D.C. As an act of reconciliation and hope, the windows were paid for with a donation by two women’s groups of $5,000 each – the original $10,000 gift.
The Canadian Tiffany Circle The Canadian Tiffany Circle was launched in Ontario in September 2011 by Canadian Tiffany Circle Honorary Chair, Mrs. Laureen Harper, along with Red Cross volunteers and donors. Now, the circle is growing wider, spreading across the country with members joining in British Columbia/Yukon and the Atlantic provinces.
The Tiffany Experience Canadian Tiffany Circle Members will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive Tiffany Circle leadership summits, private receptions, delegate meetings and network with other members locally and internationally.

“I invite you, as a leader among Canadian women, to consider joining our Canadian Tiffany Circle, and to help build it by inviting your family, friends and colleagues to join. Mrs. Laureen Harper, Honorary Chair Canadian Red Cross Tiffany Circle
One Purpose, Many Ways to Help Participation in the Tiffany Circle requires an annual gift of $10,000 that will support the Red Cross program of your choice. Membership can also be sponsored by a relative, a corporation or a foundation. Members who join prior to December 31st, 2012 will be Canadian Tiffany Circle Founding Members.
Every four hours, the Canadian Red Cross responds to a disaster. Your participation in the Tiffany Circle will help those who need it most.
“What the Red Cross did for me is it made me feel more empowered to know that there is a way that I can help those who are vulnerable and in pain. I do this with the support and camaraderie of the Tiffany Circle.
